Hello! Man, I am completely wiped out. I can't believe how fast this year has flown by. This has got to be one of the worst years that I have ever lived through. My Grandfather died on October the 24, one month, to the day, away from his 65th wedding anniversary. And today, I have just been informed that the grandfather of the boy who wants to marry me died at 9:30 am today. He was a dear friend of ours, but he fell off of a ladder and, in his condition, couldn't take it. I called up this boy, to check up on him. I love him, as a very good friend, but apparently, he has been spreading the word that I am his girlfriend. redface Oooooo-key-dokey, then. 4laugh But anyway, so many of my elderly friends have passed this year, and I am hoping that next year will be so much better. So, tonight I am going to a friend's house to spend the night. She is the one who I quoted in my last entry. She has invited my brother and I to a sleep over party. She is an excellent cook; she inspired me to bake. My mom is having friends over on Saturday for eggs benedict, tiramisu, and an APPLE PIE CONTEST!!!!!! I am baking my famous apple pie to compete against my friend Natalie's pie. But all the same, YOU'RE ON, SISTER!!!!! pirate twisted She is goin' down. I only hope that we don't run out of apples... By the way, if my brother offended any of you in his comment, please let me know and I will hit him in the arm for you. biggrin
