Hydre, 'The city above the waves.' This magical place is located at the heart of Lun-Sei. It is positioned on a huge tower that falls into the ocean, possibly, bottomless. The city is relitivally small and only the Chosen may live there. It is opened to tourists all year long and has a huge library tower in it's center. Outside the city is the ocean but is cut off suddenly by a waterfalll hole around the city. There is a beach around the city but it suddenly cuts off as it falls off the edge. The water is magically held in place. Think of a circle, out side that circle is the sea. Think of a circle inside of the first circle. that contains the city; and anywhere between the circles is bottomless fall. That is why the boat's turn into Hydro-planes. The city has a greek paridise feel to it because of the arcatecture and the maticulusly made cobblestone roads.
