hours slipping through my fingers like water
I clutch to them like a lifeline
savoring each second together with you
but now those minutes have flown over my head
and we find ourselves here
tears glisten though I try to hide them
melancholic thoughts well my mind
though I try to to quell them

adios, sayonara, shalom, adieu
none of them can say what I really feel
I will miss you all with all my heart and soul
may good fortune be on our side
and may it lead us together once more
after so many years we all collapse in tears
one soul, one heart
one mind, one hopelessly tangled hug

we will always be together in wonderings, heart-felt love, and memories
