Today was a gym day.
Wow am I tired. Not sleepy tired, just worn out tired. The trainer didn't have me doing enough resistance with my workouts (so sayeth me) so I added an additional 25 lbs. on my abs, and another 5lbs on rowing, and 5lbs on crunches. eek Holy smokes - my body felt THAT workout! XD It actually feels as though I got something done.
It was crammed in there today.
Hope to be making a stop through to the sauna on Friday. Woot. xd
