I feel compelled to note today because today is a very special day. My adorable little sister, whom we love to call 'Wee one' or just 'Wee', had her 6th birthday today. HAP-PY BIRTH-DAY TO WEE! blaugh

There's going to be a party on the weekend or something, but tonight she wore a very pretty dress and we went to one of her favorite restaurants ever. It's called Fuddruckers (yes, the ACTUAL name. Don't make fun of it or my sweet little sister will be disappointed in you!) It's a 50s kind of place with really good hamburgers, and shakes, and salads, and arcade games! WOOT!

Another notable thing about tonight was that they have variety in the burgers at that place. There was a grass-fed elk burger. And my college-age sister actually got an 'ostrich burger'. eek Was it really ostrich? We didn't know for sure.But hey, it had high protein and low cholesterol! That's good anytime! I'm sure that someone, somewhere, would be upset about eating an ostrich, but if you think it's okay to eat a cow, then it should be okay to eat an ostrich. And if not, not.

It was delicious. And you know, cows actually contribute more to global warming than cars with their 'emissions' but if we ate ostriches instead.... rolleyes It could happen!

Half of the Fuddruckers attraction for us is in the arcade games, though. Our favorite one of all is called 'jambo safari'. You ride this jeep through the African Savannah and catch animals with a net for research. The cheetahs are really hard. And you have a time limit so it's hard to get far without a lot of tokens. But tonight, I finally got far. And I finally got to the 'final research'. It was very interesting. I had to catch a saber-toothed tiger. eek

That was where I lost. Most of the animals are easy to catch because they run and you have to chase them, but the saber-toothed tiger was ramming my car. It actually managed to flip me over. You win this time, Fluffy. mad

At the end, the Wee had a sundae. I got some of it. And all was well.

Except she didn't get the pink Care Bear from the crane-game thing. Oh well. She'll have a party later.

I'm serious that we call her that. It's the most genius nickname ever. "Wee, it's my turn for TV!" "Wee, who left these popsicle sticks on the couch?" My older brother has a big voice and it's fun to hear him call her that.

New subject. Have you ever felt awkward looking someone in the eye and had to look away? That happens to me a lot. When I make eye contact for too long, I feel like I'm staring. I'm serious. When I make eye contact for too long, I feel like I look like this to the other person: eek

Ever since they fixed the bugs on pinball, I have been playin' like a mad lady. This very morning I got used 10 stuffed armadillos to effectively triple the length of my game. My score was in the 7 millions. How did I get 10 stuffed armadillos? I saved them up.

But I still didn't defeat the Von Helsons xp .
