at 5:35 am cst, the first disk of album xero was completed.
it's annoying, always hearing of people who say they want to get something done, but aren't actually moving towards that goal. oh, they're gonna get a studio up, they know someone who sings or raps, gonna do this, do that... it's all fart in the wind, because they do the same old song and dance, talking about doing things but sitting on the side smoking and drinking their chance away.i've always tried to be professional about things, though very reasonable. with people wanting to actually commission me, i'm sure i'm actually doing something correct.
looking into licenses and copyrights, i've chosen creative commons. it seems to be the closest to what i wanted to do, with none of the money but all of the legal implications. so that's about $40 i'm saving. i'm eating the cost of producing and shipping [hey, i sound all professional now] so unless someone sends back money after the fact, i'm looking to be close to broke. so... that chump change $40 will be feelin' good as i do what i need to do.
anyway, this good feeling, as well as the sight of blanketing snow a few days ago, counters all the annoyance i was getting thrown at me last night [don't accuse me of something and leave, not allowing me to respond... srsly, that's stupid and a good way to P me O] and this morning [and don't try to guilt trip me into doing anything, that's just childish] and the whole last week from stuff.
oh, and i'm gonna just put music on my site for now. i can't sit down and think up a good format, so it's "updated" as far as i need it to be.

i'm watching/was watching one of those court shows, christina's court or something... some crying and emotional yelling will apparently get you far, even if it has nothing to do with the primary issue. i'm fully aware that those shows work with morality just as much as legality, and people will often be inclined to believe and side with the one who's crying. but... dang, yo. and i thought hoh was rigged.
