I'm going to try to fast for a week at least. I want to loose the weight so badly. I've done exercising and going on diets my entire teenage life, but nothing seems to work. I am 184lbs (last time i checked). I am tired of this. I am unhappy anyway. What's the point of eating if all it does is makes me feel guilty? I'll update this post once a week to express how I'm feeling about my weight and about my water-fast. Tootle loo!
