But this is just a holiday thing.


Can you believe its
Thanksgiving!
(have a happy one btw)
A time for eating our troubles away,
And loosening the old belt a notch further.
Heh.

So, most people will have a turkey
(or maybe ham),
some form of cranberries,
stuffing
and
pumpkin pie (with cool-whip of course).
Mmm~ yes.
Why is it that we only eat such things during this time?
I would like to have Pumpkin pie more than once a year...

In fact,
Wouldn't it make more sense to have it during October?
Thats like the pumpkin month!

I actually don't have any family coming down to visit....
So, its just my step-dads closest freinds.
Yay...

Naturally,
The TV is blaring football games.

I mean honestly!
We have three TV's downstairs and all have a different game on it.
Is that like every guys tradition?
Football on Thanksgiving?
How did that come to be?
......

Curse you ESPN!!!!

When someone asks me who I go for, half of the time I pick the cool mascots.
(I usually have no idea what team is better in skill)

I see it like this;
*looks at TV to see who's playing now*
The (moving?) people vs the lions!
Logically, a normal human versing a lion...
The lion is gonna kill.
*thinks of a pudgy man trying to run from a fericious lion with open jaws*


And the guys see it like this;
Green Bay 'Packers' vs Detroit 'Lions'
"QB Brett Farve is playing with a broken thumb...but the lions leading reciever is out due to a broken collar bone....-blah blah-"

Ah.
Don't quote me on this...
But think the Packers just creamed the lions.
(Judging by the echo of cheers in my house)
So, my theory is null & void.
...can't win 'em all *shrug*
Human must've had a gun.
*pictures pudgy man turning and shooting lion down*

Oh.
And wish me luck.
Me and Severus loves Lily are going shopping tomorrow.
Black Friday.
**Which if you didn't know, is apparently when the stock markets crashed**

You know, they do all those insane sales.
We got up early last time...
But this time we're getting up even earlier.
Three or so in the morning.

What's the point in sleeping right?
But we will.


You need your energy in those places.
Those shoppers are rabid.

This is not for your meek shoppers.
You stand in lines for hours, waiting to get in the store...
Then we run full speed when you pass those automatic glass doors...
And even though you have no idea where to find anything you might want you scatter frantically.
Its a given that you will be separated from your party.

But despite all that,
Its fun.
Its like your playing that game...
The one where you run down the isles and pile things in your cart with the timer going.

And while standing....rather sitting in lines,

Shelby and I entertain each other.
We are amazing that way.

I'm thinking I might get a DS this year.
They're only like 70.
And I make that easily in one paycheck.

Anyways~
