okay, as i've said in my "About Me" column on my homepage, im afraid of ladybugs and crickets....yea...
okay, the reason for the ladybugs is: *drumroll* once i went to a fair with my friend, (a.k.a. captainbock) and they had a "largest fruit, larges plant, petting zoo" kinda area set up, so i went over to look at this plant, it was all red, so i thought that was cool, (i was in 4th grade i think) and so when i got up there, my friend (captainbock) either bumped into me or pushed me into the glass the plant was behind, and then i figured out it wasn't just a plant.....it was a plan covered in millions and millions of ladybugs! so having my face against the glass of 50trillion of them didn't really make me happy, so, yea, i am now freaked out whenever i see a ladybug....
okay, crickets are much simpler. you see, i LOVE reptiles, and i have a mexican rosy boa (snake just in case you didn't know, btw her name is rosie) and a bearded dragon. (lizzard, her name is chillie) i got the bearded dragon after the snake, and i actually had one before that. my first bearded dragon's name was Baby C. and he was, well, a baby when i got him, but sadly, we didn't know you had to remove the log in his cage (lizards like to sit on logs) while feeding him, so instead of him eating some of the crickets, they climbed in the log where he could't reach them. then, at night, they'd come out and eat him (actually they would just nibble on him and eventually gave him a disease which killed him) so, yea, i hate crickets.
P.S. also, about crickets, my bearded dragon now (chillie) eats them as well, so when i clean her cage, there's always cricket heads laying in her um....you-know-what. so, yea, the heads kinda look like little black marbles with eyes....and they're detatched from the body....so...yea, you can imagine what a pretty sight those are..
