I’ll remember those who died
I’ll remember all who cried
I’ll remember those who tried
To escape the death
I’ll remember every face
And all the pain they can’t erase
All the horror that took place
Where they took their final breath
And I’ll remember all who were there
Who ignored the massacre like they didn’t care
Who thought nothing of the smoke in the air
How could you not know
I’ll remember the few who prayed
Prayed for them all to come home one day
Even though it seemed no matter what they say
They just didn’t show
And I’ll remember all who lived
And the ones they can’t forgive
I will never let someone relive
That death; I’ll remember
