i just got back from the band/orchestra trip like an hour ago. it was so awesome!!!! we went on both of the wooden roller coasters and a few other rides. and ch and emily actually got stuck for like and hour and a half on there! it was kinda ridiculous and they were saying all of the roller coasters were breaking down right before the awards ceremony. and dms got 7 trophies!!!!!!!! orchestra got 1st and overall, jazz band got 1st and overall, marching band got 1st, steel drums got 1st and concert band got 3rd. anyway, it was awesome!! the bus ride there was like super boring though. it was like 5 hours on the bus. the ride back was like so much better though. and mr. morales says that we got the highest orchestra score in 5 years!
