Colouring Reveries
Always engulfed in my dreams;
Trying to pull my head out of the clouds
Maybe you’ll see yourself soon;
Maybe someday I’ll stop falling
I cannot see a world without colour;
Turning on its own in the system
Should you try, or should I believe
Rather that anything is possible
If only you dream…
Trying to pull my head out of the clouds
It never succeeded;
I don’t expect it now…
Maybe you’ll see yourself soon-
Maybe you’ll find
That you’re not as terrible as you’ve come to think;
And maybe soon I will stop falling-
Falling into my fantasies
That I’ve told myself will never come true…
But you once told me
That anything is possible
If you only dream…
Providing you never give up.
