Hair color: Dark brown

Skin color: Tan

Bio: A 24 year old college student pursuing his MA in Literature and Film. Resently invested all his savings on an old small building where he resides and dreams to one day turn it into a Coffee Shop. Currently seeking for a tenant to help him with the costs.

Personality: Laid back, cheerful, quite the optimist, witty, finds a joke in everything, lovable, likeable, kind hearted; very rare to get him angry or furious, but if he does he has incredible reasons to be. Is a notorious coffee addict and is usually seen with a coffee cup at hand.

Hobbies: Drink coffee, read, write, watch movies (especially martial art films), drink coffee, learn the history of coffee, surf, skate, go to the beach, drink coffee, hang out with friends, drink coffee, eat, sleep, drink coffee, excercise (knows Tai Chi and Kung Fu), play with his dog, and drink coffee.

Usually wears: sweater tops, simple t-shirts, tank tops, jeans, short cargo pants, converse, sandals. coffee cup at hand.

Bio: An emo teen who recently graduated from High School and now begins his College career in Graphic Arts. Mainly seeking to runaway from his step-parents home and a start for a new life, he answers an add for a tenant in an old building. Suffers from PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder).
