Back in December right after christmas, my granny who I was very closed to passed away from poor health. I miss her deeply and It still feels unreal to have her be gone. I never deleted her name and number from my phone, cause it felt wrong to do so. Well today, I recieved a text saying "Happy birthday my dear" from that number. I know it was a family member of ours that has the phone now, but doing so from that number is both sweet and sad. I know my granny is wishing me a happy birthday from heaven. Thinking about it brings tears to my eyes cause I really miss her and this is the first birthday without her in my life. I miss her hugs, her laugh, and how she looks at me. I hope she is proud of me and watching down, smiling at me. I love you, granny, and I wish you couldn've least lived long enough for another birthday of mine.
