Today what I learned is that if youre sad about something and you have alot on your mind, you shouldnt just sit around and do nothing. It's cliche but, "life is too short to waste time.." You can't ever get back any moment that passes. Every day should be one that you treasure and make the most out of. I recently made a decision that could majorly change my life...it already has. I've been thinking of it non-stop and have the worst anxiety. I havent been able to sleep and have basically sat around all day thinking about it. It took me til 2am to realize that moping around all day was not going to fix anything. Where has the day gone? I woke up at noon and all I did today was watch tv, go on facebook, and just sit there thinking. No, thinking isnt bad. But if thinking too much is gonna make you feel more anxious and more stressed out than you needa do something!!! Take a walk...draw a picture...talk to a friend...read a book...listen to music...write in a journal...do SOMETHING productive! or try doing something good for someone else. That always helps when you're feeling down. But point be taken, dont just sit around. Make the most of every day,every hour,every minute,every second you have... Because you never know if the second thats passing will be your last. ~Sara heart
