The series got me to thinking... about one of its characters: Naomi Hasegawa (a seven-tailed kitsune). I thought and thought, about this and that, but mostly about what it would like to BE one. Quite an interesting proposition, ears, tail fur, and the rest of the works are interesting enough, but what interested me most was their affinity for Magik (yes, with a "K" wink . I thought some more about such a creature as the Kitsune, and before i had known it I had realized that every work of fiction that I had ever put this much thought into, I could somehow relate to the Kitsune...
