Hi, people of the world. I'm Anastasia and this is MY VERY FIRST BLOG!!!! I'm a little excited right now and also a little nervous of what you might comment. Well, let's get down to it.

I'm 15 years old, I'm a sophomore in High School, and I've got a wonderful family. I've got 3 cats (all with their special personalities), 2 dogs, 1 younger brother, 1 older sister, and, of course, 2 parents.

Dixie, the eldest cat, is also 15 years old and she is as small as a four month year old kitten. She's fluffy and gets knots in her hair which makes her a little bigger than she appears to be. Her special personality is that she thinks she is a princess and expects everything to go her way. She has the softest meows when she's neutral but when she's angry, it's pretty loud. She likes to stay outside all the time and comes into the house just to nibble at her food and only stays inside to sleep when it's cold outside.

Linus, the second oldest, is 9, almost 10 years old. He is very skinny and very athletic. He is a hunting cat and caught who knows how many wild animals in the woods around our neighborhood. His special personality is that since he has EATEN too much catnip, his brain has been fried. If you pick him up and put him down somewhere, he will freeze on the ground, taking his time (I say about two minutes) to find out where the heck he is. But he is also one of the gentlest kitties I know. You can dress him up, pick him up, hold him, pet him, slide him across the floor, anything, and he will not bite/scratch you. He's one of a kind. I must warn you, though, when he eats fast, which he always does, he will...puke...it up and leave it there, expecting someone to clean it up after him. He's too much.

Snoopy, the youngest cat, is 3, almost 4. HE IS FAT!!! But, don't judge a book by its cover. He can jump over a puppy gate that is about two feet off the ground without touching it. He weighs about 20 pounds. He jumps, goes into zero gravity as he reaches the top, and then lands with a little UMPH. All that weight on the landing point. So, he may eat a lot, but this cat can jump! He's not much of a hunter but he sure is a biter. He must ADHD, too, because if something moves, he's staring at it, wide-eyed. I think that pretty much sums up his special personality. He's friendly but evil, he's fat but energetic, and...he's cute.

My oldest dog, Genesis, is 7 years old, and she's got Arthritis in her front paws. Poor thing. She's a full Black Labrador Retriever and she has been trained well. Like all Labradors, she loves to go swimming. She sees the pool and SPLASH!

My youngest and newest dog, Gracie, is 5 months old and she also is a Black Labrador except she is mixed with Australian Shepherd. She is a very active pup and keeps you on your feet forever. She barely sleeps and always wants to play. I don't think she's ready to go swimming just yet. Last time we tried it, she was scared and tried to dodge us as we tried to pick her up and put her into the pool. She's got the sweetest little face but likes to chew up anything in her path. She usually chews up pencils and pens ad markers. Sometimes she chews up shoes/slippers. She'll rip up a couple of tissues. She's just a furry little ball of mischief. Just Like Marley!

I don't think I should tell you anything about my family. I don't think they would like that. Let's just say, I respect my parents and all they do for my sister, my brother, and me, and my brother can sometimes be a pain, but usually he just likes to tease me in his way. My sister is someone I can look up to. If I ask her a question about a book, movie quote, something about school, or something else, she would know the answers. I guess my brother and sister are both pains, but hey, they are my siblings. That’s what they do. They can be goofy and make me laugh easily.

Well, that's about it. Now you know a little about me and my family. Oh, one question, though. Do you like llamas or pandas or both? Please say both.
