I want the back story to be short and simple
Her dad was a scientist doing experiments to create the perfect stealth soldier. One day she got into the experimental chemical and developed shapeshifting powers. When she was 10 the government took her away to a special testing facility where she learned to control and develop her power. However the day came when she could no longer take all the testing and she escaped. She chopped off her long beautiful black hair and added piercings. She hide from the government for 3 years until she became a ward of the state and started school on her own. She began living under her deceased sisters' name "Rae Delta". She stands alone and prefers to remain that way. She's super cautious when it comes to letting people in.
