Hello! It's time for part II of songs I'm listening to way too much just now. This time it's the theme song of Ginga Densetsu Weed (Silver Fang Legend Weed), an anime about wild dogs, which has never gotten an English dub, so I had to watch it in Japanese on Youtube.
I wasn't actually that keen on the titular character, Weed... everyone seemed to be all "ZOMG HE'S THE SON OF TEH LEADER!!!11!!one! WE HAZ NO FREE WILL IN HIS PREZENSE!!!!!" I know in the wild, Alphas have the upper hand (or paw), but they all obeyed Weed even though he was young and had no experience, because he "had a good heart" and was "ZOMG THE SON OF TEH LEADER!!!11!!one!". He didn't have to really work for anything. All he really did was (SPOILER ALERT) beat up Hougen at the end, who was then killed by a Deus Ex Machina bolt of lightning because Weed thought that a cannibalistic mass-murderer deserved a second chance. WTF.
I say well done Jerome for disobeying him! JEROME FTW!!!
