To be our inner selves is to be ourselves, but society denies us that. To express ourselves is a notion that has been repressed. We have been denied that which was given to us by the spirits that govern this plane of existence, but we can prevail. Expression has proven to break through in many forms. Paint, poetry, literiture, sculpting, song, dress, and behavior itself has shown us that expression cannot be limited. We as humans cannot be denied that which makes us unique. Society has no hold on the powers such as expressions rend from our human souls. To this are not the musings of juts another eight-teen year old, but the art of an upcoming artist in my own right.
