Layfe is a young elf who recently saved her village from a terrifying beast that was released from the nearby ruined underground city. With the threat of more creatures on the way, Layfe is instructed by her clan leader to seek out a solution to the ever-growing threat. When Layfe explores the ruins, there are monsters around every corner. She comes across a door in the middle of one of the last rooms. It is covered in strange runes. A large bout of curiosity overtakes her and she opens the door, which throws her into a different time frame...Earth 2012.
