Down to the last 3 days of school. I haven’t written in a while thats for sure.
But I have been thinking of something I feel the need to write about. (( i feel the need to write a lot but i never have the time.))
A girl on my class had a bit of an attendance issue throughout the term. 3 weeks ago she sent her boyfriend a Dear John letter telling him she cheated on him. She hasn’t been in school since because she said she is so depressed about the situation. Keep in mind, this school is a 30k a year college. Is what she did to her boyfriend alright? No. Not at all. But is not coming to school alright as well?
Have you ever loved someone so much, or had something taken away from you you really really loved. When life looked like it was over did you curl up and die? Did you get up and keep going?
In the book of Ruth her husband died. Did she stop living? She felt like life was with her dead husband’s mother, and she did not leave her side. She traveled with her, and even though this trip was scary she survived because she had confidence in God.
When something bad has happened to you, usually you are looking at what has been lost in your life and you don’t focus on anything else. But you need to focus on more, and focus on God. Theres time where following God is less important then following your feelings, but you have to find a way to ignore your feeling and have faith. Ruth had to fearlessly do what she knew was right even though she didn’t know what would happen next. Never put your life in your pain but put it in God for he has something good for you around the corner <3
Have a wonderful Holiday and look forward to what is good coming your way.

3 So Boaz took Ruth and she became his wife. When he made love to her, the Lord enabled her to conceive, and she gave birth to a son. 14 The women said to Naomi: “Praise be to the Lord, who this day has not left you without a guardian-redeemer. May he become famous throughout Israel! 15 He will renew your life and sustain you in your old age. For your daughter-in-law, who loves you and who is better to you than seven sons, has given him birth.”
16 Then Naomi took the child in her arms and cared for him.17 The women living there said, “Naomi has a son!” And they named him Obed. He was the father of Jesse, the father of David.
