Okay so last night on lost it was a desmond flashback. The episode started out with Desmond Jin Hurly and Charlie walking through the jungle. Sudenly Charlie steps on a wire and an arow shoots out from one of Russo's traps(or at least i asume it was one of hers) The arow hits him in the neck. He coughs up blood than dies. A few seconds latter we learn that it was all of of desmonds flashes. He goes to Jack acompanied by hurly and they ask for the first adi kit lieing about a sprained ankle. Desmond then trys to complete his vission of being reunited with Penny. He convinces the three to come with him. They find the cable once again as he predicted in his vision then camp out on the beach. Sudenly a helecopter is heard and it crashes into the watter. Desmond who was conviced it was penny. Spotted an emergency becone coming from the jungle wher the passenger of the helecopter landed. He wants to go off into the jungle that night but charlie talks him into waiting until the morning. After a fun night of camping out under the stars and Jins ununderstandable ghost storries they set out in the morning. They go through the jungle. It begins to rain just as desmond had predicted. Desmond spoted a book on the jungle floor. He picks it up and inside is a picture of him and penny at the marina. He smiles. They continue through the jungle. Charlie steps on the wire but desmond screams"DUCK!" charlie tunrs around and is tackled down to the ground by desmound. Charlie stumbles to his feat."you...you knew that was going to happen... you brought me out here to die just so you can see your old girl friend"Charlie said angerly. Desmond replyed."Look brotha...ive saved your life four times now...i cant keep doing this..." They continue through the jungle and come across a person in a dark mask and protective gear stuck in a tree. Desmond is convinced its penny. Once they get the stranger down desmound removes her helmet. He expected to see penny but instead he saw an unfirmilliar brown haired woman. She mumbled"desmound"
Back at the beach Kate is in her tent when sawyer taps on the tarp acting as a door."Hey freckles ...yah home?" He asks. Kate Doesent respond."freckles..." he pulls open the tarp and steps inside to see Kate pulling up her pants over a black thong. She turns to face him and is wearing a flesh toned bra. Sawyer just stands there staring at Kate's chest. "Sawyer...im up here" kate said pointing to her face. Sawyer blushes and looks up. "Hey...uh..freckles you wana...." Kate grabbed a shirt off a makeshift cot made from airline seats. She puts it on and begins to button it. "What are yah scared the doc will find out..." Kate glares at him."He knows" she mumbled under her breathe. "how...?" sawyer asked in shock. "They have cameras james..."Sawyer thought for a minute"I thought you said that the camera was broken..." Kate glared at him with eyes that could kill."well they had more" she said bitterly."Little perverts..."sawyer mumbled under his breathe. That night Kate was sitting on the bamboo countertop in the makeshift kitchen. She has a bowl on her lap and she spoons oatmeal into her mouth. Jack walks over and perpares two bowls out oatmeal. "the oatmeals good" Kate said smiling taking the spoon down to her mouth.Jack smiled. "Im glad." Kate smiled. "You know...its weird...not having to esscape into the jungle or run from the others...i allmost dont know what to do with myself." Jack walked over to her."yeah...just enjoy it while it lasts" Kate looked down then back up to jack."...the most dangerous thing im going to do tonight is wash dishes in the ocean." She joked. "well be carefull" jack chuckled."well be careful...hey can I borow a spon?"he asked. "sure kate said sucking the oatmeal off the spoon and handing it to Jack."thanks he said before walking off with the spoon. Kate took a plastic bin full of dishes down to the watters edge. She looked over to see Jack and Juliette eating a bowl of oatmeal together in Jack's tent. She burst into tears and ran into Sawyer tent.Sawyer pulled off his makshift reading glasses"what was the doorbell broken..."he said scarcasticly not realizing it was Kate. "freckles...what are you..." Kate unbuttoned her shirt then doing the same to Sawyer. "freckles..what are you.." Kate kissed him."dont talk" she muttered pushing him down to the cot. "freckles..are you crying..." Kate kissed his chest repeatedly"shut up I said dont talk" The next morning Sawyer walked over to Jack."did you eat with Kate last night?" he asked curiously."no..i ate with juliette...why?"Sawyer mumbled under his breathe and stormed off over to Kate."Did you makeout with me just to get back at Jack?"
In the flashback Desmond was a monk working with other monks to bottle this expensive wine made by the monks. A man walked in requesting to speak with desmound. He punched him in the nose. H ethan blessed himself and ran off. Desmond went out and went to a house. He rang the doorbell and a man answered. "may i talk to your sister..."it was the same man from before. H e was about to close the door but then his sister walked over. Desmond was sitting on the couch across from her. Then he explained that he was scared of marieing her so he drank a little to much and then passedout in the street. He was lifted up by thwe head monk and at that moent he knew that was what he had to do. Later that night he was cought drinking wine. He was fired from being a monk. That mroning he went into the head monks ofice and droped off his clothing. Out of focus was a picture of the head monk and the brittish lady with the ring from a previous Desmond flash back episode. He instructed Desmond to help load some wine to a very wealthy customer. It was penny. That was how they met.
