It's been over a week now since we last bid our ol man good bye and I think I'm starting to feel the effects of his absence.
At first I thought I would get better as time passed, but it seems its happening the other way around. There's one scene in one episode of the Justice League that perfectly describes how I feel. It was an episode with alternate future version of themselves and you get see all of them with new costumes, cept Flash who's no where to be found. It starts with John, Hawkgirl and Green Lantern in their HQ. Then Hawkgirl approaches to Green Lantern, who's looking outside into the infinity space, and she tells him "Still waiting for him to show up all of a sudden and say something stupid?" (Eyes feel funny as he types that) I swear, thats how I feel... Still waiting for my dad to show up and say one of his lame jokes. I never though I would miss his lame jokes, heh... I miss you dad.
(Tries to shake off the sadness) Luckily I havent had any nightmares cuz of that and I got no problem when I wake up. Hell, I'm actually doing pretty okay during the day. Its in the night when random thoughts invade my head and recently I feel like I'm closer to breaking into tears with each night that passes.
But I'm trying to be strong, I dun want my ol man to thing that he left a weak son on this earth. And I also have my online friends to support me, specially Maccy, I wuff you man, nyao.
Ahem! And well, that all I have to report for now... Hey, I never said it was gonna be a happy post! But at least it wasn't depressing. Gotta go now, peace out you all and happy Summer Vacations.
