Prologue:
The Bitter Young Master and the Sweet Young Girl
The Bitter Young Master and the Sweet Young Girl
Once upon a time in a far away place long ago there lived a handsome but bitter young man with a huge manor. The young man was all alone and was extremely greedy and hateful but most of all -though he would never admit it- he was lonely. Slowly his bitter nature and loneliness ate him away and turned him into a monster on the inside. He was mean to his help and even worse to passing strangers. The young master thought that he could live without friends and without love, but one day a young girl changed his hateful fate with a dark and dreadful curse, a curse that could only be broken with true love of the purest kind. “Let snow forever fall on you my Master Galahad, until someone comes and turns your winter into spring and melts your heart.”

Rin ran through the snow to the large castle manor that her beloved Galahad Novikov lived. Galahad Novikov was the young master of the Novikov Manor, and the richest young master in the kingdom besides the king.
“My beloved” Rin whispered as her red hair fell behind her to her thin waist. Rin’s dress hung her plump body and showed off her well defined curves. Rin was the most beautiful girl in the kingdom. Her bright blue eyes could stop an army and her smile could sooth the most savage beasts, but men can be worse then any beast. Rin only wanted one man and that was Master Galahad. Not for his money or his good looks, but simply because she love him with all of her soul. However, the only person Galahad loved was himself and his money.
“Hello, Master Galahad!” Rin screamed as she pounded on the large metal doors decorated with griffins and monsters of myth. Rin continued to pound on the door until her small delicate hands bleed and blood splattered on the metal doors. Finally the doors flew open reviling a tall handsome raven haired man with beautiful snow white eyes. His hair was kept short with long bangs that flew into his eyes. Anger crossed the man’s handsome face as Rin smiled.
“Master Galahad” Rin sang out in joy. Galahad stared at the young beautiful girl and snarled.
“What do you want wench?!” Rin flinched away from her beloved Master Galahad in fear. The cold wind blew hard against Rin as the blizzard behind her picked up.
“I am in love with you Master Galahad.” Rin smiled at her beloved hoping to melt his ice cold heart and win her fairy tale ending, but Rin didn’t even melt the snow she stood in let alone the Master of the great Novikov manor. Galahad looked upon the girl with pure disgust.
“Don’t try to tempt me succubus. You may be beautiful but you have nothing I want or need.” Galahad yelled out at the young girl in front of him.
“What did you expect I would let you into my home and marry you? I wouldn’t marry a harlot like you. Now get off my property!” Rin let the tears fall down her cheek as the cold froze them.
“At least let me stay the night. I’ll die if you don’t” Rin pleaded, Galahad took no sympathy on the young girl. Rin looked up at the man she loved and smiled softly.
“Never mind Master Galahad, I’ll take my leave and bare the harsh winter. I hope with all my heart someone manages to melt you icy heart and you feel the warmth of true love, and for your sake I hope you don’t run them off.” Rin turned away from the handsome man who was truly a monster on the inside.
“Good luck Master Galahad” Rin whispered as she walked into the blizzard. Galahad snorted in disgust and watched her disappear into the night; no part of him felt guilt for sending Rin away when she would most likely die in the cold with a broken heart. Galahad went into his warm manor while Rin went deep into the cold dark forest.

Rin walked deep into the forest, her gown froze to her. She knew she was going to die out her in the middle of the forest alone and broken hearted. Rin walked until she found a clearing deep with in the forest on a hill that seemed to touch the heavens. Rin choose this beautiful place to fall into her eternal sleep a sweet smile graced her pretty face. Rin sat herself against a tree that stood in the middle of the clearing. Snow fell all around her and she began to feel sleepy.
“Oh, my beloved Master Galahad I feel very sorry for you. You don’t know love or even friendship. You truly are missing out on a beautiful thing. You may be handsome, but you look like a monstrous beast on the end side. You will never know love with the way you are now. Before I die let me give you a gift my love. I will curse you to become as horrible on the outside as you are on the inside. You may not think it a gift, but the only thing that can break the curse is the beautiful gift of true love, and one day you will thank me” Rin closed her eyes and let sleep engulf her. Her body and soul turned into snow and the only thing she let behind was a curse on the one whose heart was as cold as ice.
“Let snow forever fall upon you my Master Galahad, until someone comes and turns your winter into spring and melts your heart.”

That night weird dreams terrorized Galahad and a curse of eternal snow fell upon his manor. In his dream he dreamt of the poor young heart broken Rin. She stood in a large snowy clearing next to an old oak tree. She gazed down at Galahad with pity in her eyes.
“Don’t pity me wench” Galahad growled out at the girl who showed no fear to the man.
“Why, you’re the most pitiful person I have ever met.” Rin said as she scooped up some snow in her small blood covered hands.
“How so wench?” Rin giggled and throw the snow up in the air and allowed it to fall on her.
“Your lonely, no one likes you, and now you’re cursed.” Galahad scrunched his noise trying to figure out what Rin had meant.
“What do you mean cursed?” Galahad asked the snow maiden and watched as she continued to play in the white powder.
“When you awake you and your precious manor will forever be covered in snow, you will become as ugly as a beast to match your heart, and your help will turn into sad imps. Spring will only come again if you can fall in love and be loved in return, and only then will your beast form change back into a human. I fear you will be in the dead of winter and a beast until you die.” Rin looked over to Galahad and smiled sadly.
“You’re not right in the head wench” Galahad mused out loud. Rin only smirked and sighed.
“Let snow forever fall upon you my Master Galahad, until someone comes and turns your winter into spring and melts your heart.” Rin placed her hand on the oak tree and frowned.
“The curse is in place now awake beast.” Rin whispered as she watched as Galahad faded away from her snowy field. Galahad awoke in a sweat and sighed.
“Thank the heavens it was only a dream” Galahad whispered as he arose out of bed. Galahad hissed when his feet touch the floor.
“The manor seems colder this morning” Galahad sighed as he went to the mirror and gazed upon his reflection. A startled cry escaped his throat, looking back at him stood a beast covered in dark fur. Fangs hung out of his mouth and claws from his hands. Large bull horns decorated Galahad’s head and a tail followed behind him, and enormous demon wings descended from his back. The only thing that Galahad recognized was his snow white eyes.
“W-w-what happened to me?” Galahad whispered to his beast form in the mirror.
“When you awake you and your precious manor will forever be covered in snow, you will become as ugly as a beast to match your heart, and your help will turn into sad imps. Spring will only come again if you can fall in love and be loved in return, and only then will your beast form change back into a human. I fear you will be in the dead of winter and a beast until you die.” Galahad let a thick growl echo through his manor.
“That wench cursed me!” Galahad screamed as he shattered his mirror with his large clawed hands. Three long endless winters passed for the young cursed master of the Novikov Manor. Until one day a young poor man and his beautiful pregnant wife happened to pass by…
