The first thought that came to mind when I saw the title was: Is it some kind of hentai? The answer: No. Although I can't entirely say it's far from. Onegai Sensei is the tale of an 18 year old tenth grader, Kusanagi Kei, and his extremely hot wife and teacher, Mizuno. In reality, she is an alien sent to observe planet earth, in order to insure that it's developing properly. Kei discovers this truth and ends up in a number of subsequent awkward circumstances. In order to cover up the truth, Kei and Mizuno get married.

That's right, it's a love story. It's incredibly perverted in it's humor, but it's heartfelt and true. The characters, (aside from the alien part) are easy to relate to, and actually have depth. The artwork itself is excellent, although I may be a little bit influenced by the... Ummm, never mind. If you're concerned (or interested) in how much or little they show, there is no detail in the scenes of partial nudity. There are however some rather interesting allusions, even an idiot would understand them though, it's a show that requires very little thought. The music was fairly interesting. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's fantastic, but it wasn't bad. It blended well with the overall feel of the plot, characters, and scenery.

Story line: 10/10 I rate this very highly. (Although again, I may be influenced a little sweatdrop )
Art: 10/10 Beautiful scenery, beautiful girls, and oddly enough, manly looking guys.
Music: 6/10 This was probably the biggest drawback of the series. Intro and ending songs were not all that great. The music within the story redeemed them, though, so it still finishes with a passing grade.

All in all, about an 8.8/10 A very high scoring anime. If you're a fan of dirty humor, this is a series for you. (Also, note that while the series itself has only 12 episodes, there is 1 ova for a total of 13)
