Yesterday afternoon, I was riding home in the car. My father saw this guy in front of us going slow so he went around him. After that he noticed someone was tailgating him. He soon turned around and we lost him and waited five minutes for him to leave. My guess is it was the same person that my father went around. The tail lights matched up in my head(I kind of have a photographic memory). At least we got home safly because the person went away.
