I finally watched the last two episodes of Torchwood and all I can say is "Pass the tissues, please cry " and "WTF, mate!? eek " Seriously! What the heck? That's not fair! They spent all that time building up our hopes with Jack and just when we see them fulfilled, they went ahead and tore 'em into tiny little pieces! burning_eyes What. The. Heck. Not cool. Not cool at all.
I always wondered what would happen if the Doctor were to make an appearance on Torchwood and every time I would come to the same conclusion: that he never would, mostly because they don't want the younger kids watching the show. And that's alright with me. It would be a bit awkward if he did make an appearance. The two are completely different shows. The Doctor's style is so much different from that of Torchwood. The Doctor is more about mystery-solving and full of up-beat humor, while Torchwood is all dark and tormented-y. So I know the two shows wouldn't mix particularly well, which is fine with me. I can handle that. But, although the Doctor didn't actually make an appearance, now I know what would happen if he did, and I don't like it. Not one bit.
All I can say is, Jack had better have a major role in the next season or else all hell will break loose! Pandora's Box will be opened! stressed

Midshipman: Have you mastered the [Marine] "Yes" language yet?
Frank: No. I tried it the other day with my professor. I said "Hoorah, sir!" and he said "You just told me to shave my mother."
