No, really. I am insane. The other day, I took out my coin purse to get some change for laundry. Then I counted out the amount of change I had. When I was done, I attempted to put the change back. But -- POOF! -- my change purse disappeared. That was a few days ago, and I still can't find it. confused My room is pretty small, but I don't know -- HA! I FOUND IT! eek I was just looking for it again while typing up this entry. =_= It was in one of my drawers. *cough*SeewhatdidItellyou?I'minsane*cough*
That's not all. I need a manual for one of my classes, but I totally thought I had already bought it. So again I looked around my room for it, but I couldn't find it. Unlike the coin purse, this was a case of "Am I looking for something that isn't there?" So then I finally got the bright idea to look at my online bills. I knew the price of the manual, so I just had to match my spending with that, right? (Crap...they're all from the bookstore. crying Robbers, I tell you! Robbers! gonk ) So I account for everything except for this certain item that is less than the price of the manual. Which leaves me scratching my head. What did I buy? Did they undercharge me for the manual? If so, where the hell is it? domokun After a lot of deliberation, I finally had a Eureka! moment, and realized the mystery item was my computer printer cable. >_<; Nothing to do with books at all. sweatdrop
"So why don't you just look at your paper bills?" you ask? I did...but since the computer cable bill wasn't with my bookstore bills, I didn't think about it. The online bills list the bookstore and the computer store at the same company. Gah. xp
Then today I lost my pencil case. Had to go all the way back home to get it. I couldn't find it in my room. Finally found it in the same drawer I had put my coin purse in. Yes, I'm stupid because I found my pencil case first and then I only found my coin purse later in the very same place. domokun I felt I had to rant about my craziness.
Gaian News
Gaia Fishing! Brown Bass Helm Green Bass Helm.
Aren't they pretty? whee heart I spent an insane amount of time this weekend trying to get them. Finally got the Brown one Saturday and the Green one Sunday. sweatdrop I really like the Brown one. I was afraid that I wouldn't like it, after spending all that time fishing for one, but I really do. Goes nicely with my Peasant's Dress. xd The Green one I don't like as much...so far. Need some clothes to go nicely with it. ninja
It's strange that I don't like the Green one as much, because I originally wanted to get that first, since I had more Green Bass than Brown. But down the line I ended up getting more Brown. So anyway, I was three away from the Brown Helm on Saturday night, and I was really tired, but I wanted to get the stupid thing before I went to bed. So I shelled out for Grade D bait to move things faster. Eventually it worked. I don't filter much, mainly because I'm impatient and I'm terrible at it. It takes me too much time. <_< But I do filter out the Junk items. Anyway, I had to use Grade D because I had totally overfished Bass'ken. Then I finally got my Helm, and went to bed. The next day, using Grade F and proudly wearing my Helm, I got this bucket:
Gaia likes to mock me. gonk I've never got such good results, even using Grade D bait. >_< Just when I was done getting my Brown Helm, too. I was so close to getting it the night before, but no Bass were biting. Then I resorted to Grade D bait and finally finished. The next day I get nothing but Brown Bass. *mutters angrily* [If whoever's reading this is not a fisher, I'm sorry for putting in all the fishing jargon. Feel free to post questions or something. sweatdrop ]
On another note, fishing in Bass'ken for so long has ruined my skills in Gambino and Durem. I tried them today just for fun, and ended up losing a lot of fish. xp Not to mention, this was after swearing off fishing in general (at least for awhile) after getting my Helms because it just takes too long for me because I'm a terrible fisher. I'm determined, but terrible. xd
Anime and Music
Revolutionary Girl Utena
Loving this one...again. heart I watched most of it last year, but never finished it. Just saw three more episodes this weekend. whee It makes me happy. "Rinbu Revolution", the opening theme, is one of my favourite anime songs. "Truth" and "Virtual Star Embryology" are really very good as well. Top notch music. Top notch story. It always keeps you guessing. I had read in a review that the minute you think "Oh, I know what's going to happen next", it throws you for a loop. I completely agree. Just when I started thinking "this is kind of boring..." something completely new happens and I'm excited all over again. It's not everyone's cup of tea, though. I wouldn't recommend it to everyone. xd
Rie Fu I was listening to Kawaii Radio, and I heard her song, "Like is Like a Boat", twice. I already love it. whee It's half in English and half in Japanese. For some reason, I have great admiration for bilingual singers. I don't mean songs where they sing some random English words mixed in with the Japanese. I mean complete stanzas in English. Maaya Sakamoto is another example of a bilingual singer I admire. At least, I assume they are bilingual. xd Rie Fu's website. That's weird...when I checked that yesterday, it was all different. Anyway, it's in English as well as Japanese. Maaya's is not (I think) so I'm not going to post it. ^^; Must...become...bilingual myself! (Though not in Japanese. sweatdrop )
Bah. Enough of boring everyone (including myself) for now. domokun Gotta go to class.
