I ask for prayers. I am having more issues with my Boss/ Lead Lady....

I so need Peace, Understanding, Guidance, Courage.... crying

I had a okay day till Boss/ Lead Lady had a hissy fit over a few words.

Oh, -Boss/ Lead Lady- lost or misplaced two scanner units we use to do our job, "I dont really care" I said as an off comment around a floor coworker.....THEN.....

She comes stomping back instead of leaving for the day at time for her to leave an says.

Thats so rude!!!! You know what you said was so rude?? I wont have it! You can decide if you want to work with me here or at this company or you can leave out the door AND QUIT! RIGHT NOW!!!!

She turned an stomped out an finally left for the day.

After that I went an talked to GM her "Best Buddy" told him my issues with her. He of course defended her a whole lot an it felt as if he was "Talking Down To Me"

Didn't he act all nice, praise me when I was doing good? Talk to me when needing to change things? Wasnt I getting work hours as a Full Time Employee as I should? ( Not sure why he though that was a thing...) Oh he could have Written Me Up this or that but didnt...( because he wasnt used to unloading a truck with a forklift... HE WAS used to using pallet jacks at his PAST JOB...this is not a one fits all job!!!! ( I didnt say that except in my head but still, he believes *He Knows Better*) basically I was rude in the same way to him telling him "I can do that with the forklift?" :... He is a Narcissist Ive managed this # of year at a job *Similar* to this an know better.... Listens to advice of mine/ our advice ( My own an coworkers advice ) but it wasnt his idea or Boss/ Lead Lady's idea so its IGNORED. Or made out to be Boss/ Lead Lady's Idea then its fine an great as he loves her for some reason.

I brought up thing he didn't have an answer for an a few he said he couldnt say as it was workers Hippa stuff ( cant disclose personal or need to know employee info. ) I get that, but she is taking advantage of silliness an being his "Best Buddy" ( I also didn't say that to him, once again in my head.)

- Weight Restrictions? Laughable, when she has never once said anything about it to anyone in our area of work + why did she pick this job? Knowing it involved lifting an moving heavy/ moderately heavy stuff.

- Not Having Equipment Licenses? To use heavy equipment in our storeroom to move things an put them in storage. Everyone, or nearly everyone else can use our equipment an has thier Licenses. SHE DOESN'T an knows its "WORK" she doesn't have to do by not having her Licenses. Oh, an claims "Fear Of Heights" when she uses the box lift WITHOUT A LICENSES!!!!!!

- Being Sick & Still At Work, Taking Heavy Meds Still At Work?
*****( I didn't bring this one up as I was afraid GM would get actually MAD that I was pointing out him breaking rules as well as possible Federal Work Standards to allow Boss/ Lead Lady to work while sick an taking possibly work-ability altering meds at one point )

She has a contagious pneumonia an still was at work even while taking meds. An after that taking meds so she can help "Unload" a truck, Muscle Relaxers, Pain Relief, Steroids....
