Im going to try a few things out an see if they help with the feelings of depression and things like that.
• While Im not necessarily as religious as I used to be, I will possibly take up prayer an see if it helps. As Ive never fully given up praying specifically.
• Reading more, as I realized the other day I have tons of books at home Ive still not finished. Including a few series of books as well.
• Poetry, I still like thinking up rhymes an such. Need to write more.
• Journal? I have on an off had journals over the years, I may start another.
