i finished the training course on friday and sunday was my first day!! i know that i really need to work on asking customers questions but im a bleeding heart lol... id rather just do what i'm asked and end the call with the customer happy. i hate capitalism, idk how long i'll be doing this job but at least the actual tasks are piss easy.
