It was like any day...untill it wasnt.

Things escalated into a conflict more complex than any thought it would amount too.

As the world sighed an groaned under the weight of all the changes and ultimately damaging repercussions, the world was then set ablaze by war. Thankfully not Nuclear but even still a war once again of the world.

That was a little over a month ago, as for myself Ive been surviving and scavenging what I can day to day. Keeping sane by writing a sort of journal of events as I manage another sunrise to sunset.

There isnt much left here in my small portion of backwoods nothingness. Electricity was gone after the second week in, but even before that Television was a useless mess of fake and conflicting news and rumors and well before even that the Internet was shutdown under the pretense of a cyberattack by a foreign country though many saw it as just another way of "Controlling" what little real info was still circulating in the world as a whole.

Most of the minor population in my immediate area panicked and ran as far as fast as they could. I stayed, maybe a few are still here lying low like me.

Well, for my first real entry this was a downer, huh? Got get some rest tomorrow I head out to the shelter I scouted a day or two ago...wish me luck? Yeah talking to myself, good grief.
