Id say at least 1/2 or even 60% of my problems stem from my relationship or lack thereof with my Father an as well my unease at leading or being in any consequential leadership position of *Anything*
I can be organized an manage things, but it takes a lot of effort.
Granted, I can still work through a lot of things others cannot.
