I have a Male "Boss / Manager" in my work area who is my work area's Boss. He is the most perhaps the kindest well mannered an thoughful man Ive met in my whole life.

He was a Survival Instructor for the army, basically teaching an training guys to survive in hostle environments an as well how to move an travel on a battlefield safely. He is approx. my fathers age give or take 2 or 3 years.

An while I dont know his personal life......I WISH I HAD A FATHER LIKE HIM. I wish he had been my Father as he is everything my Father is not an will never be.

He is an has closeness to his kids ( My Male Boss Guy. ), as for my Father was to busy an concieted to have had with me as a kid.

My Boss Guy is supportive an kind but firm as a Father should be for his children. He has told stories of being there an sharing time had bonding with his kids who are close in age to me by a few years difference.

He Spent Time! with his kids an was a part of thier interests in thier life.
