I often have trouble sleeping due to skin itching an irratation, so tonight Im going to try taking a low grade pain med an a antihistamine. ( Acetameniphine + Benedyril tab )

An we'll see if it helps, as I already deal with a c-pap sleeping machine an being a hot natured person I dont often sleep with heavy sleeping covers or blankets unless its Super Cold or Im Sick.

Oh an as well....unloading a truck in the morning, sigh. xp sweatdrop
