I sometimes do stupid things out of nerviousness, almost like a mental tic's

I scratch to cause blisters from itching spots, last night I removed a whole toe nail with my bare-hands its only a little pain.

I scratch at my forehead because dry skin causing small patches of raw skin till the dry comes back...ever repeating.

I dont know, Id guess I have a obsessive/ compulsive disorder likely but I hesitate to claim that but to me it seems that way.
