Abilities:
> Earthen Step / Molten Step: Taps into his Djinni power to shift the earth directly beneath his feet. He can use it to move about 6 inches in any direction. It lets him dodge attacks or move himself in for a counterattack, it gives him better footing even on angled ground, and gives him a longer stride. In his Enraged state, it can only be used to move forward towards an opponent, and makes it much harder for him to balance properly, but leaves a trail of molten rock where he slid.
> Earthen Stance / Molten Stance: Up to 3 rocks can be knocked up from the ground with a stomp or slam to the ground. They hover around and can be flung at an opponent, molded into gauntlets, or used to guard. There must be solid ground to use this- it cannot be metal, plastic, or particles like sand. In his Enraged state, these stones become molten. They can no longer be used to block.
> Earthen Trap / Molten Trap: Jaeson raises the ground around him and his opponent and causes a localized earthquake on that section of earth. He can only do this within about a 5 foot radius around him. He can raise the earth at an angle. In his Enraged state, the ground is instead lowered and surrounded by molten earth. This can be combined with his Step skill and his famous Rondo finishing kick flurry to create an Earthen or Molten Rondo.
> Enraged Form: If Jaeson gets too mad, the Djinni DNA in him will push him to an angered state. He is extremely aggressive and will continue attacking anything in sight until he calms down. His attacks become much more destructive, but he has no guard and is easily counterattacked by anything short of a killing blow.

Personality:
Bio: Jaeson is a young, very skilled martial artist who is being forced to take a break from fighting to control his anger better. He is cocky, arrogant, and hot-headed, but also genuine, faithful, and willing to self-improve.
His parents were both Olympic-class fighters, so from a very young age Jaeson was trained to be a multi-discipline martial artist- primarily Jeet Kune Do, but also Capoeira, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He was frequently praised for his talent by his instructors, and became a championship contender in several National and world level events. After a winning streak of several major tournaments, he finally lost to another contender in his primary form of Jeet Kune Do in his next two tournaments.
Devastated, he went into a frenzy of training and was approached by a group looking to test a gene-altering therapy. Hungry for any advantage over his last opponent, and being promised power by this organization, he agreed to undergo surgery, despite finding out several other test subjects had died. For him, it was successful, and his genes were infused with Dao Djinn DNA. As soon as he was recovered enough to fight, Jaeson set up a rematch in a private arena with his rival.
Tapping into his newfound power, he overwhelmed his opponent, but lost his temper, causing collateral damage to the stadium, destroying thousands of dollars of camera equipment and injuring both his rival and the people in the small crowd. On top of this, since he used a dangerous and experimental outside influence to gain power in an unsportsmanlike way, it was ruled he was to be stripped of his titles.
His manager decided it was time for him to take a break. He was sent to Soleil City to relax and lay low, and learn to control himself better. Unhappy with the situation but understanding he can't keep on like this, he agreed.
