I have to increase my auto-immune meds as Im coughing again and having some blood in my spit again.

I maybe offline a few days as Im so tired, I can stay awake its like losing so much sleep even though you know you didnt.

Basically, Hyphoxia? - not enough oxygen or depravation of oxygen.

If I can Ill drop in, but I maybe offline and if it gets worse maybe another Hospital trip. crying
