Steam filled the air as Greath stepped out from his heated vehicle and onto the streets of town. It was a dark night, moonless, and not a soul seemed to be outside. This didn't bother the man dressed all in black at all. It was winter, and close enough to the holiday seasons that most, if not all, of the wealthier people were inside their little houses, staying nice and safe and warm. It wasn't the wealthier people he was looking for though. No, he was looking for a different demographic, one that wouldn't be missed per-se. Someone he could keep with him, possibly forever if things went well.
Greath looked to the bag he was holding. Steam still rose from the full container within. It was a stew this time, homemade, which would be the lure. It smelled great, so much so that he himself was tempted to partake in some, but that would have to wait. First, he had to find his next patient.
Walking along, he spotted a dimly lit alleyway to his left. Steam rose from what looked to be the back of a hotel. Well, this seemed promising. Taking soft steps, he turned and began to walk slowly down the block, keeping an eye out for anyone around him. Finally he spotted a dark figure in the corner, huddled before a steam vent. With a tilt of his head he sat beside the figure casually. "Hello."
