When she was 11 her dad just disappeared and Tara was sent to live with her mom but her mom was unstable to parent her and they in did up on the street until one day they passed an old guy on the street who was going to die form starvation but Tara gave him her peace of brad that her mom had stolen for her in this. act of kindness that old man said that he was a god and he was banished from his home in the clods Tara just thought this guy was crazy but thin he paled out a gutter from nowhere and gave it to her “what the hell” “I give you my power your are now a god” ant he despaired so now Tara is well a god and looks for her dad
Weapon: gutter that controls the elements and that can hypnotism any one or thing
