Personally, that's a damn good thing to have. I don't want someone to pass high school and not have A HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION. It's not even that, most of that stuff is like.. I think I heard them say it was 9th grade math?!
... BULL ******** s**t if you're going to sue over that. THAT'S NOT ******** HARD. If people aren't passing than it's not a problem of it just being too hard. IT'S A PROBLEM OF THE SCHOOL'S BEING s**t ASSED SCHOOLS.
Seriously, I don't want someone to have a degree for having graduated high school and not really have the.. skills that come with being a high school graduate. Why don't we just give freshies or something diplomas for graduating then? Or what? They don't spend as much time? Well people who don't pass that test shouldn't be given a damn high school diploma.
