As They step through the Portal, Launde and Mr. Lantro The Mayor, another important character was about to do the same hundreds of miles away.

Mr. Tolouse stood in front of a large passage as he had been walking for hours among the buildings some still standing, but damaged, others reduced to rubble and masses of stone masonry.

"Whoooooooooooooooo" He sighed, mopped his forehead as he had worked up a great sweat in walking this far and was happy to finally reach a place that had some shade, as the Sun itself was as if it was shining right down onto the top of his head.

"Maybe its time for a rest, its sooooo hot" as he managed to set himself down under the eve of the passage way which was itself in a state of disrepair, but interestingly enough less so than the building and other structures in town.

As he was cooling off in the shade here, he wondered to himself more "Hmmmmm, why does this structure seem to be in better shape than the rest of the city proper?" as he started to look and examine the passageway he sat next to.

And as he touched the stone work.........."Whhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" his hand was wrenched downwards as if a giant weight had been placed on top of it all the way till it was forced flat onto the street.

"What it the...World is this?" as he literally had to pull his hand away from the street and then all of a sudden it was as if it was released and the weight was gone.

"Strange... this needs some study" as he couldnt help but be intrigued by the situation in front of him that had presented itself.

He reach out and stuck out a finger and reached back and forth testing and prodding at the boundary, everytime it pressed his finger down as he reach a small de-marked area between the street and the passageway's entrance, the street seemed to oddly also be affected and at the passing of one to the other it was definitely broken due to the force of the weight upon it.

"I wonder, can a human pass through this without it mashing him into the ground?"
