"Young One, once long ago there was a city where the Map shows only a path into oblivion" said The Great Sage as he began to draw the line on the Map with the tip of his finger with his magic.

"This path leads to one of my greatest accomplishments, the great city of "Factio" or " Of Making " he smiled as he told Launde of his city of magic and peace.

""I never knew as well as I guess no one ever knew of your city, the information about it and the knowledge of it have passed into the ether of time along with any memory of it I would wager" said Launde as she marveled and wondered at the Great Sage's description of the city and its wonders.

"Indeed, you are the first to know of its existence in nearly five centuries as I and my Children are among the only still living beings who still remember those golden times as well as the abominations I created by mistake." which made The Great Sage's smile turn to a cringe at speaking of these "Abominations"

"Before you ask, they the "Abominations" I speak of where my attempt to create a species of humans who could co - exist with all creates of this World and also my Children and together help create a place of peace and full of wonders of alchemy but alas my skills didnt match my dreams and created beings who where no more human in their soul and being than beasts with the ability to speak and walk upright as humans can." he looked as if he was reading from afar his eyes seem to be glazed over a bit as he remembered it all in his memories.

"But even still the city is protected by my magics and alchemy, and even a few of my Children still sleep in the city to, always watching over it to keep it safeat least as safe as we can still make it." he nodded and still speaking to Launde continued.

"That city my city of "Factio" was the one and only place for me and my Children to have peace and to live in harmony with all things around us, even nature itself was in balance with us and we with it" he once again nodded and smiled happy to have this accomplishment among his greatest ones.

Even as Launde wondered about all the amazing and wondrous things in this city she couldnt not still get past the "Abominations" he The Great Sage spoke of and how they lead to the downfall of the city.
