About 7 months after I started using the tablet, a few problems/malfunctions would occur:
All of a sudden, the pressure sensitivity and all functions that set a tablet+pen apart from a regular mouse would stop functioning. My lines were blocky and uneven. I restarted the tablet (unplugged, waited, plugged back in) and tried the pen out. It worked normally, with pressure sensitivity and everything, for one or two seconds before ceasing to work completely. The Touch function still worked when I used my hang instead of the pen, and the hot keys seemed to be functioning normally. I redownloaded the driver, and it seemed to fix it and get the pen working again.
This happened maybe three times after as well. I redownloaded the driver each time from the Wacom website (but they were all the same version, since Wacom didn't appear to have updated them; I merely redownloaded the same version that had malfunctioned before).
Since then, the functions of my tablet have slowly been going. Today, I realized that the Touch function didn't work at first after I turned it back on. I restarted the tablet and tried turning the Touch function on and off again, but no alert on my screen notified me of the on/off as it usually did. I tried resting my hand on the hot keys, but a panel did not appear showing me the functions of each hot key like it usually did. I somehow got the Touch function to work again. I'm not sure what I did or how. The hot key that controls Touch seems to be broken. The Touch function won't turn off now. None of my other hot keys are working either.
When I go to Wacom Desktop Properties, it gives me an error message saying "A supported tablet was not found on the system."
A problem I've had since I got the tablet is that the Rotate function doesn't work in Photoshop CS6. Nothing I've tried has fixed this.
I paid over 300USD for it and am disappointed that it has begun malfunctioning so quickly after the purchase. I'm positive there was a warranty that came with my tablet. Could I get a replacement with shipping covered if you can't help me fix all the problems?
