This section is for the poetic lovers. Read and even share your own talents. I have separated the poems into moods for that day when you feel picky.
Rules: Very simple...just don't claim anything as your own. What you happen to read on this page stays on this page! Simple right? Yes and Enjoy; that's most IMPORTANT!
DARK POEMS: (It's pretty dark, read something light if this isn't your mood)
It's easy for you; you're pretty No, I can’t go out, No I can’t show my face.
My reflection shouts, I HATE the ME race.
No I don’t want to open my eyes, No I don’t want to have glee.
I don’t want to look at this beauty of lies, I just can’t stand to be me.
Life is much easier for you, As for me I hate what I see.
If you don’t have a clue, I’m ugly and your pretty.
Broken skin = Broken self esteem Something is wrong with me,
The package didn't come out right.
I know it’s not my imagination,
As I see it with my own eyes.
This skin if full of scars,
It’s been as bad as a dogfight.
I wish I had a replacement,
This skin I want to deny.
I wish I could just abandon it,
I’ll be happy to say goodbye.
I can’t be brave in my armor,
The tear in it makes me cower.
And you say it doesn't' matter,
You tell me not to care?
Of the false lies to me they won't flatter,
This is broken skin I wear.
