Prologue

Nobody saw it coming. It all happened so quick it was determined nothing could have been done except for what was done The event in question is the betrayal of the pharmaceutical company Umbrella Inc. A gigantic company that provided medicine for most of the world and the builder of the nearby Raccoon City would soon become its worst enemy. After the investigation at the Spencer Mansion in the arklay mountains it was thought to be over. However it seemed some carriers of the horrible T-Virus had exscaped and made their way to the small mountain Raccoon City. Sadly only after many lives were lost and the S.T.A.R.S or Special Tactics And Rescue Squad were all be obliterated did the president order the destruction of Raccoon City. With it came the end to the nightmare. All funds to the company Umbrella were suspended as it literally unfolded before every ones eyes. They had finally been defeated, or so they thought. A few after the Raccoon City incident a survivor of the city, Leon Kennedy returned with startling news. Now a agent for the government Leon Kennedy was on a mission to find the presidents missing daughter, however he found much more. Upon his return he told of a new threat, the Las Plagues, a parasite which took control of its host giving them superhuman features. He also spoke of existence of Ada Wong. A women who supposedly died a longtime ago. This coupled with Leon's own word the government came to one conclusion. Umbrella had returned. In response the president ordered that the S.T.A.R.S Unit be reassembled as well as a new V.A.P.E.R.S or Virus And Parasite Emergency Response Team to combat the new threat. With Jill Valentine heading the new S.T.A.R.S Unit and Leon Kennedy the unofficial leader of the V.A.P.E.R.S Team things look bright. However it wouldn't last long...

Now

Two years after the discovery of the Las Plagues and the establishment of V.A.P.E.R.S and the re establishment of the S.T.A.R.S Unit all seems peaceful. Nothing unusual in any way has happened. It seemed that perhaps they were wrong in thinking the threat would ever return, that's was until a few days ago. All members of both S.T.A.R.S and V.A.P.E.R.S were ordered to meet in Washington, DC after a mysterious letter and DVD was delivered directly to the president. As the members and others gathered the DVD was played and everything changed. As the video played scenes from some unknown city played. What looked like victims of both the T-Virus and the Las Plagues parasite roamed the streets, no normal person was to be seen. As the teams watched in horror a man dressed in black appeared on screen and began to speak." Good evening my fine ladies and gentlemen. Also a special hello to the president who I assume is listening. Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Micah Bevelle. Allow me to go ahead and answer the question im assuming everyone wants to know the answer to. Yes the images you just are indeeed real and are happening as we speak. You see I have found that the parasite combined with the T-Virus yields a very unique creature. enough of that however. You see the city of Stars Hollow has been cut off from the outside world. Please try and contact them, I guarantee you will receive no answer. no one remains in the city except my creations. You see I have more than enough supplies and creatures to make the incident at Raccoon City seem like nothing. I know you may be thinking, Why is he telling us this? What does he want?, Why doesn't he do things in secret like Umbrella and Saddler? The answer is simple. Unlike those too I do not wish to rule the world instead I offer you a chance to stop somone else from doing so. You see another man by the name of Wesker whom some of you may know has also received this same message and the same offer I am about to offer you. My offer is simple come to Stars Hollow where I myself will allow you entrance. You will then have the opportunity to secure both the samples and antidotes to my creations. You have 42 hours to respond before I conveniently unlocked the gates holding them inside the city. Also Miss Jill Valentine someone here wishes to say hello to you." The strange man said as what could be described as a sleeker looking Nemesis appeared before him." You see I improved on the original Nemesis who you fought. He is looking forward to seeing you." The man said as the DVD cut off. Now only one question remains, will you answer his offer? Or will the threat truly return?
