History:
Rin was born in Konoha, but after being chased from the village by the ANBU members of Konoha for untold reasons, his family took refuge in Kumogakure. In this time Rin grew up as if this was his original home. He was seen as an outcast for his distant nature, this and his abilities caught the attention of the Raikage, and after he graduated to Genin, he was instantly tested for Chunin although he failed they still kept him in high regards, in fact they separated him from the rest of the Genin and trained him alone. He became an established tracker and sensor shinobi, in fact one of the best to ever come out of Kumogakure. After finally reaching Chunnin, they trained him for the ANBU, after a few years he reached Joinin and that is when he became part of the ANBU. Not a full year later he was considered a Konin, and was seen as a great Shinobi and even a better tracker.
