How long does it take for the police to reach a destination? minutes? hours? it depends. usually by the time they get there, either they make it on time or they are significantly late. in those few moments a killer, a rapist, a distraught mother or father or boy and girl, have escaped. many stories start with the victims and what happened to them. but what about the killer? the rapist? the schizophrenic little child? what about their story? what about tier beginnings and their life events? Isn't it their turn to speak? To be heard? To be understood? Because they are victims to. They were innocent to. before their event happened.
