Yes... yet again it's December.. the lovely month of Christmas cheer and good will to mankind... but do those people see the trouble of it all? Nope... not one bit.. they're all busy with giving and getting gifts and being all lovey dovey with one any other until this glorious month ends... this is when a new year of poo hits every fan in the room and spreads itself to every corner of your life.
But let's start at the beginning.. it's only the second day of December so why am I so peeved? simple, it's those damned Christmas songs they play on the radio as well as the decorations
I mean come on! they started putting them up before the month even hit! some even before turkey day! Let's all get this out of our systems... we've been through Christmas a lot so we all know how it goes by now, it's nothing new to us, so why all the hype -shrugs- hell if I know... but I swear if I hear another pop singer try to 'spice up' another Christmas carol I'm going to take a shotgun and blow up my radio.
And another thing that urks me is decorating the house..I hate it! it's so much trouble and by the time it's all over you don't want to clean up the mess... that's why I don't take part in decorating the damned tree because I don't want to have to clean up the mess... but they still make me do so anyways -sighs-
No I'm not a grinch on Christmas... I just hate it that people over-rate it so much ahead of time that it starts to lose all sense of having it.. and then you start to dread it....
